Christchurch Park Parkrun 6th Dec

For this weeks Parkrun I was back at my home Parkrun at Christchurch Park, Its was a mild dump morning with rain during the run.

274 runners braved the weather this week, I came 146th with a time of 30m 25s, which I was happy with. Age grading was 50.52% so getting better, slowly.
