Bit of a dull cloudy old day for today’s walk. It should’ve been a 7.5K walk but due to footpaths that are on the map not being there in real life, made for a couple a diversions bringing the walk to 9.5K, Still a lovely walk.

It was a bright, dry and mild morning at the Millennium Field Park in Kesgrave, as I joined 232 others for the Kesgrave Parkrun Event Number : 523 Conditions were ideal and I managed to get a time of 28m 42s which is a PB for this location. So really happy with that.
